Description We are looking for an entry-level Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Hopkins, Minnesota. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business operations and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure efficient communication and process alignment. - Provide support to front-line teams by participating in case consultations and delivering solutions. - Update and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and effectiveness. - Perform quality reviews to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. - Assist with basic data tasks during compliance and audit reviews. - Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across business operations. - Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting and documentation needs. - Collaborate with business units to address system-related challenges and improve processes. - Monitor regulatory requirements to ensure operational compliance. Requirements - 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and applicable laws. - Ability to perform quality reviews and audits with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for liaising between business and IT teams. - Skilled in creating and maintaining documentation to support business processes. - Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic technical troubleshooting. - Capable of conducting training sessions and supporting team development.
