Are you a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Capital Ford in Raleigh is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team! What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers and technicians with parts needs — quickly, accurately, and with a smile
• Manage parts inventory and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Process orders, returns, and deliveries using our dealership systems
• Work closely with service and sales departments to keep operations flowing smoothly
• Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Parts department experience preferred (automotive industry experience is a plus!)
• CDK system experience? Even better!
• Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
