Must have current CNA or HHA certificate (WILL ACCEPT OUT OF STATE CERTIFICATES), Level 1 (or equivalent) Fingerprint & Background Check Clearance Card, CPR / First Aid, current TB test, Drivers License, Auto Insurance and reliable transportation.
