Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cold Storage Production Workers for a fast-paced meal distribution company. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing food items on a production line within a cold storage environment. Attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and comfort working in chilled conditions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack meal components according to order specifications
• Assemble boxes and prepare shipments on a production line
• Work efficiently in a cold storage environment (approx. 34–40°F)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation
• Follow all food safety and handling protocols
• Meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced setting
• Communicate with team leads and supervisors for workflow coordination

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
