As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll support strategic marketing and outreach campaigns that elevate nonprofit causes at live events , community pop-ups , and public engagements .
Assist the Marketing Manager in executing PR and communications strategies
Coordinate logistics for community outreach events , donor drives, and brand activations
Promote nonprofit missions and campaigns through direct public interaction and branded messaging
Develop and organize marketing collateral, branded materials, and event displays
Track and report key campaign metrics (e.g., foot traffic, engagement, outreach success)
Collaborate with vendors, venues, volunteers , and retail partners for campaign success
Contribute to ongoing improvements through campaign performance analysis
Identify new outreach and media opportunities to expand campaign reach and visibility
