💼 What You’ll Do:

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll support strategic marketing and outreach campaigns that elevate nonprofit causes at live events , community pop-ups , and public engagements .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in executing PR and communications strategies

• Coordinate logistics for community outreach events , donor drives, and brand activations

• Promote nonprofit missions and campaigns through direct public interaction and branded messaging

• Develop and organize marketing collateral, branded materials, and event displays

• Track and report key campaign metrics (e.g., foot traffic, engagement, outreach success)

• Collaborate with vendors, venues, volunteers , and retail partners for campaign success

• Contribute to ongoing improvements through campaign performance analysis

• Identify new outreach and media opportunities to expand campaign reach and visibility
