Title: DevOps Lead / Release Manager
Location: Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Lead / Release Manager to join a high-impact project for our client in Seattle or Dallas. This individual will play a key role in overseeing version, release, and backup management processes with a heavy focus on Copado and GitHub. The ideal candidate will serve as both a technical expert and a strong team leader, capable of influencing process improvements and ensuring streamlined DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead release management activities including planning, coordination, and execution of software releases
• Own and manage version control, backup strategies, and environment integrity
• Act as a Copado solution designer, offering hands-on technical expertise and process optimization
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes and tools
• Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and hands-on support
• Speak up proactively when a change is needed and clearly articulate the reasoning and benefits to all stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 10 years of total experience in DevOps / Release Management roles
• Hands-on expertise with Copado and GitHub
• Strong experience with version control, release cycles, and backup management
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to advocate for necessary changes
• Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
