Growing National firm looking to add a talented Electrical Transmission Project Manager to their Pittsburgh team!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management duties including design, modeling, development, and drawing of a transmission line structure or system
  
• Provide technical oversight including managing the quality control process, analyzing data to find discrepancies
  
• and identify solutions 
  
• Assist with business development 
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Administrative duties including developing/communicating/tracking workflows, scheduling, ensuring projects meeting quality standards and project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  
• Master’s degree in engineering a plus
  
• 7+ years of engineering design experience in high voltage transmission/distribution line engineering (12kV to 345Kv)
  
• 3+ years of managing transmission line projects preferred
  
• PE License preferred
  
• Extensive knowledge of transmission steel structure design/analysis (substation preferred)
  
• Knowledge of applicable safety codes, utility standards and regulations (NESC, ASCE, IEEE)
  
• Knowledge of PLS-CADD preferred
  
• Knowledge of standard engineering design principals
