Event Coordinator (ASAP) Job Description
Location: New Orleans, LA
Overview:
Singnala is searching for a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and attendees. Whether it's a corporate conference, a wedding, or a community festival, your keen attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in managing all aspects of event production.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to completion
Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
Develop event budgets and manage finances to ensure cost-effectiveness
Research and secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary suppliers
Create detailed event timelines and ensure all elements are executed on schedule

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
Familiarity with event management software and tools
Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
