Join Our Team as a Fabricator/Welder
Are you a skilled fabricator/welder looking for a new opportunity to showcase your talents? Direct Design and Fabrication in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fabricator/Welder. In this role, you will play a key part in our production process, helping to create high-quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans to determine welding and fabricating requirements
Measure and cut materials to specific lengths using various tools and equipment
Weld and fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques
Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Welding certification is a plus
