Pulse Performance: EMS Trainer Do you want to be at the forefront of fitness technology? Pulse Performance is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as EMS Trainers! We utilize state-of-the-art Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suits to deliver fast, effective, and low-impact workouts that help clients achieve their fitness goals. What You'll Do:

• Conduct personalized EMS training sessions, tailoring workouts to individual and group needs and goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of EMS technology and proper use of the EMS suit.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their workout sessions, creating a positive and engaging experience.
• Oversee client safety and ensure proper form and technique during exercises.
• Build rapport with clients and track their progress, celebrating their achievements.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Perform demos of EMS workouts to new prospects with the goal of encouraging them to join as members.
• May participate in studio tours and consultations to introduce potential clients to Pulse Performance services.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training or a related field (certification preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of exercise science and fitness principles.
• Strong understanding of fitness training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
