Join Restaurant Yuu — Michelin-Starred French Dining in Greenpoint
Restaurant Yuu, a Michelin-starred French restaurant located across from McCarren Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, is currently seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Server to join our front-of-house team full-time.
At Yuu, we deliver refined French cuisine and gracious service in a serene setting filled with natural light and seasonal beauty. As a Server, you will be the face of the guest experience — responsible for providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions
Ensure impeccable table service, from order taking to course pacing and presentation
Maintain deep knowledge of cuisine, wine, and seasonal menus
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless service flow
Anticipate guest needs and personalize each dining experience
Schedule:
2:00pm – 11:00pm (flexible)
5 days/week (Tuesday through Saturday)
Compensation:
Annual salary starting from $45,000 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements:
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (SSN required)
Strong communication skills and a gracious demeanor
Prior experience in fine dining or MICHELIN-starred restaurants preferred
