Full-Time Nanny (Greenwich, CT)
Compensation: $30-35/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM (32.5 hours/week, can increase to 40 hours for the right candidate)
Start Date: ASAP
Children: 3-year-old boy and 17-month-old girl

A warm and active family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a professional career nanny to support their two young children. The mother is a stay-at-home parent and is hands-on with the children’s day-to-day activities, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• School pick-ups and transportation to/from activities (vehicle provided by family)
  • 3-year-old boy picked up at 1:00 PM by mom
  • 17-month-old girl picked up at Noon (Mon/Wed/Fri)
• Facilitate nap routines and engage in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
• Provide nurturing, loving, and playful care for both children
• Support light household duties during naps (tidying spaces, children’s laundry, meal/snack prep, organizing toys, etc.)
• Partner closely with mom to plan daily routines and activities

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience caring for multiple young children (toddler + preschool age) as a nanny
• Warm, engaging, and playful with a positive and easygoing demeanor
• Brings creative ideas for activities, crafts, and educational play
• Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent and a parent who occasionally works from home
• Team-oriented and respectful of household routines, yet able to take initiative independently
• Comfortable with a cat in the home
• Clean driving record and comfortable driving with young children in the car (vehicle provided for nanny use)
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Looking for a long-term role and excited to grow with the family (they hope to add a third child in the near future)

Benefits

• $30- $35/hour DOE
• 2 weeks PTO (accrued monthly)
• 5 paid sick/personal days
• Use of second family vehicle for work-related duties
