The Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and elevate guest experiences. The GM must balance hands-on service with strong administrative leadership, while fostering a culture of education and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Lead daily service while supporting FOH/BOH collaboration
Manage, hire, train, and develop staff
Oversee payroll, HR, and scheduling
Support menu development, events, and operational systems
Ensure consistent guest experiences rooted in hospitality and education
Qualifications
Spanish fluency (or near fluency)
Fine dining and upscale casual management experience
Strong leadership and HR/payroll background
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
