The Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and elevate guest experiences. The GM must balance hands-on service with strong administrative leadership, while fostering a culture of education and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service while supporting FOH/BOH collaboration

• Manage, hire, train, and develop staff

• Oversee payroll, HR, and scheduling

• Support menu development, events, and operational systems

• Ensure consistent guest experiences rooted in hospitality and education

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency (or near fluency)

• Fine dining and upscale casual management experience

• Strong leadership and HR/payroll background

• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
