Description Create strong, creative, effective graphic design for Paycom.
Responsibilities - Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of design trends
- Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence
- Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education/Certification: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art or another related field
OR
- Equivalent years of experience in graphic design
Experience: - Proficiency in Adobe design software
- Portfolio required with application.
Preferred Qualifications Experience: - 2+ years of graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software
Skills/Abilities: - Strong design and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Must be customer focused
- Creative
- Flexible
