Full-Time | In-House | Arden, NC SanStone Health & Rehabilitation – Creative Services Department Overview SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is growing, and so is our Creative Services team! We’re looking for a talented and versatile
Graphic Designer to join us in-house as we bring more creative and print work under our roof. This role is ideal for a designer with
1–3 years of experience who’s excited to create meaningful work, support internal events, and serve our 20 healthcare facilities across North Carolina.
Your Role As our Graphic Designer, you’ll report to the Director of Creative Services and play a key role in shaping how SanStone shows up visually across print, digital, and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal clients, contribute to the growth of our in-house print shop (
RiverStone Printing ), and help produce creative assets that support both everyday needs and large-scale marketing activations.
This position is
on-site at our Arden, NC office and is a great fit for someone looking to grow in a team-centered, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do - Design flyers, brochures, signage, banners, and branded materials for print
- Develop digital assets for social media, web, and internal communications
- Prepare and package files for production through RiverStone Printing
- Collaborate with our social media lead to create on-brand visual content
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Create and update templates for facilities and internal clients
- Support photo and video asset integration alongside our media manager
Event & Sponsorship Support - Design event-specific signage, promotional items, and presentation visuals
- Help activate company sponsorships through branded creative and onsite materials
- Collaborate with team members to support logistics and visual coverage for key events
- Contribute to planning and execution of company-wide internal events (e.g. team appreciation, conferences)
What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house, agency, or freelance)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong layout, typography, and color skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to jump in where needed and contribute to team-wide goals
Bonus Points For - Experience creating content for social media
- Familiarity with Canva, LightRoom, or basic video editing
- Exposure to print production or signage design
- Event branding experience
- Interest in healthcare, senior living, or mission-based work
