Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Location : 100% Remote - Open for LATAM Region 
Hours : Full Time preferred (Part Time Option Possible)

Salary Range : $1,800 - $2,500 Based on Experience
Type of Contrac t: Independent Contractor Agreeement 

About The Role: 

We are looking for a mission-driven Graphic Designer & Illustrator who can blend artistry with purpose. You will play a key role in bringing work to life visually - from illustrating the journey of clean water in rural communities, to creating compelling infographics that inspire action from donors, partners and the public. 

Key Responsabilities:

• Develop impactful ilustrations that tell complex water and sanitation stories in a clear and engaging way
• Create infographics, diagrams, and visual reports to communicate project outcomes, community impact, and global challenges
• Desing traditional communication materials such as banners, business cards, letterheads and PowerPoint presentations for events, donor pitches, and awareness campaigns.
• Produce vector/SVG illustrations adaptable across print, web and social platfroms
• Collaborate with communications, fundraising and program teams to translate ideas into compelling, on brand visual asssets 
• Maintain visual consistency that reflects the organization´s values of creativity, unity and empowerment.
  Requirements:
  
   
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Illustrator with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative storytelling and clean, modern desing. 
• Advanced skills in Aodbe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesing, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into accesible, emotionally resonant visuals.
• Experience adapting designs for both digital and print mediums 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
