Position Title: Inventory Clerk

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to oversee and maintain accurate inventory records across our warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control practices, excellent time management skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory counts and movements.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Maintain warehouse maps, including precise locations of all products.
• Ensure all inventory locations are clearly labeled and that items are put away and stored properly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and clear of debris in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to review upcoming inventory needs and projections.
• Prepare and implement storage adjustments as inventory needs evolve
• Drive process improvements and waste reduction as part of our continuous improvement culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience reconciling inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute inventory counts.
• Proficient in Inventory data entry and using inventory management systems.
• Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to be trained in Food & Safety and GMP.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for most of shift.
• Forklift Certified.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Working in a warehouse.
