Do you thrive on accuracy, organization, and keeping operations on schedule? As a Materials Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the link between inventory, production, and sales—ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

Role Snapshot

• Where: Pewaukee, WI
• Pay: $19–$21/hour
• Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What You’ll Handle

• Pick & pack with precision: Fulfill urgent work orders and sales orders promptly and accurately.
• Replenish stock: Transfer items from secondary storage to primary bins with careful part number and unit verification.
• Control inventory: Perform physical counts whenever stock is issued or received to maintain near-perfect accuracy.
• Prevent errors: Visually verify part-to-bin alignment before any move.
• Partner across teams: Communicate proactively with Production, Sales, and your immediate team.
• Pitch in: Take on other assigned operational duties to keep the facility efficient.

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Detail obsession: Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deadline drive: Problem-solver who meets goals even under time pressure.
• Team-first approach: Works well with colleagues at all levels.
• Tools & tech: Uses standard office equipment; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel , and Outlook.
• Math comfort: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance .
• Walk or stand on concrete for up to 4 hours at a time .
• Regularly talk/hear; frequently sit, use hands to handle tools/controls, and reach; occasionally stand/walk, climb/balance, and stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl.
• Close and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
