As our Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the face of Kinnelon Eyecare, ensuring our patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally.
- Managing appointment schedules and patient records.
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with a helpful attitude.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as data entry and insurance verification.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
