Job Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant

Location: 100% Remote About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a functional expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging NetSuite to optimize business processes in the healthcare IT space.

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will serve as a key advisor to internal departments, translating business requirements into functional solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements to the platform.

• Act as the primary functional expert for NetSuite across internal departments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Design and implement NetSuite solutions to support business processes, particularly in accounting and finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Build and maintain dashboards, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, and Saved Searches.
• Support data flow analysis between different charts of accounts and financial modules.

• Proven experience as a functional NetSuite consultant.
• Strong expertise in the NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) module.
• Deep understanding of financial processes including:
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Unbilled Receivables
  • Deferred Revenue
  • Billing
  • General Ledger
  • Balance Sheet
  • Chart of Accounts
• Experience with:
  • Revenue Reclassification
  • Data flow between financial modules
  • SuiteAnalytics and Saved Searches

• Experience with:
  • NetSuite Analytics via Databricks and/or Domo
  • SuiteAnalytics Warehouse
  • NetSuite Fixed Asset Management
  • Accounts Payable
  • Zone Advanced Billing
  • Subscription-based billing models
  • Avalara Tax Solutions
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Payment processing gateways
