• Descripion

  This position under minimal supervision, sandblasts, cleans and paints vehicles, trailers and all other equipment as directed. Capable of using any type of paint/blasting material.

  The Admin Painter/Sandblaster will be responsible for:

  Qualifications:

  • Must have good knowledge of the processes, techniques and materials used in painting vehicles and equipment
  • Must have a good knowledge of the proper methods of preparing automotive equipment for painting.
  • Must have good knowledge of the proper methods of caring for spray guns and other auto painting equipment and materials
  • Must have good knowledge of safety precautions required in performing the work and have working knowledge of safe work practices.
  • Performs interior blasting operations using a pneumatic abrasive blast system
  • Perform exterior blasting operations using a pneumatic abrasive blasting system
  • Perform Confined Space entries for blasting or inspection purposes
  • Must be able to wear all applicable safety related equipment while performing duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
