Acara Solutions is seeking a Payroll Admin for our client in Torrance, CA. This is a temp role, up to 30 hours per week and is fully onsite.  Hourly rate between $28 to $35 based on experience. Job Title: Payroll Admin Duration of Assignment: 6 months Work Location: Torrance, CA Schedule: 9/80 : Preparation of monthly journal entries to record payroll and related transactions to the general ledger. Calculation and preparation of accruals for payroll and related transactions by pay cycle cut-off date. Calculation and preparation of monthly benefit, bonus, and paid time off accruals. Monthly reconciliation and analysis of accounts such as salary expense, group benefits, bonus expense, payroll tax, paid time off, and employee deductions. Ensuring compliance with timekeeping policies and procedures. Compiling payroll submission files as requested.
