Qualifications:

• Holds current Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check
• Associate's degree preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently

- Essential Job Responsibilities:

Duties: Performing Arts Center Coordination

• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the use of the PAC with district students, staff/departments and external   agencies/groups. Ensuring appropriate insurance liability coverage is met.
• Ensures that the district policy requirements (community use of school facilities) are followed including that facilities use   forms are completed, insurance coverages are in place, invoicing for facility use is completed.
• Coordinates the contracting (as necessary) for equipment and support needs that may be required for PAC events.
• Works with students and staff to encourage and support community service efforts for PAC events.
• Coordinates and works closely with the Drama and Music Departments, Staff, MHS Principal, and District Administration in   the scheduling and use of the PAC for school and district activities.
• Maintains a schedule for use of the PAC for school and community use.
• Provides technical, audio, video, and lighting assistance for PAC events
