Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Behavioral Health to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care in a supportive, innovative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the work queue for any asynchronous requests from patients established with psychiatrists at Likemind.

• Conducting follow-up visits with patients who have already been assessed by psychiatry, addressing their ongoing mental health needs.

• Providing timely care to patients who may need to be seen sooner than their established psychiatrist can accommodate.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, effective care delivery.

• No On-Call Requirements : You'll have regular hours (Monday - Friday) with no on-call duty, ensuring a good work-life balance.

• Full-Time Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
