Responsibilities:
• Lay the groundwork for a successful real estate career by mastering client outreach, setting appointments, and preparing for future contract negotiations.
• Focus on attracting and engaging new clients while actively pursuing your South Carolina real estate license.
• Use our real estate CRM to stay organized, keeping client records current and managing consistent follow-ups.
• Benefit from full sponsorship for real estate school, with the opportunity to transition into a results-driven sales role as you advance through the licensing process.
• Upon passing the licensing exam, enter our accelerated training program designed to develop top-performing agents with six-figure potential.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs during both weekdays and weekends—adaptability is key to success.
• Collaborate daily with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders, growing your skills in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
Qualifications:
• Willingness to work both weekdays and weekends to meet client scheduling needs.
• Proficient with computers and confident in using technology, including CRM platforms.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust.
• Highly attentive to detail with excellent active listening abilities
• Professional and courteous phone manner, with strong in-person presentation skills.
• Consistently respectful, positive, and focused on providing exceptional service.
• Naturally persuasive with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Committed to personal and professional growth, with a passion for ongoing learning.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to responsibilities and ownership of tasks.
• Receptive to coaching, open to feedback, and dedicated to following proven processes.
• Strong collaborator who thrives in team settings, working effectively with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders.
