Job Description
We are currently seeking a Recruiter! The Recruiter finds and hires people for a company. They are responsible for the initial stages of the hiring process, from identifying candidates to onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities Include - Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Requirements - Minimum of one year experience as a recruiter
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Proven experience within the Microsoft Suite of products with specific attention to Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prioritization and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in order to improve processes and solve problem

Compensation: Full- Time $20.00 to $25.00 per hour - Vacation & Sick Time for Full & Part-Time Employees
