Job Description

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Medical Unit

A respected medical center in Spokane, WA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Cardiac Medical Unit . Nurses here are seen as essential team members, empowered to make a lasting difference through patient-centered, whole-person care built on mutual respect and compassion.

Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
  • Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional cardiac medical care aligned with best practices
  • Apply specialized clinical training to support patients in a high-acuity environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and safety

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington State RN License (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)
  • At least 1 year of acute care experience with a similar patient population or successful completion of a specialty residency
