Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in our clinic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence, assist healthcare providers, and actively engage patients and their families in their care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional nursing care following established standards, practices, and healthcare techniques.
Make informed professional judgments regarding patient care and treatment.
Assist providers with patient care and education, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans.
Collaborate as a member of the healthcare team to coordinate care for patients, families, and caregivers.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong understanding of practical nursing principles and skills necessary for quality patient care, including examination, diagnostic, and treatment procedures.
Awareness of common safety hazards and precautions.
Familiarity with office procedures and medical terminology.
Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and follow written and verbal instructions from physicians.
Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations.
Proficiency in identifying and analyzing problems, prioritizing tasks, making confident decisions, and recommending effective solutions.
Capability to administer a variety of medications and treatments and operate various types of medical equipment for examination and treatment procedures.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current State Registered Nurse license.
CPR certification.
Experience
One year of nursing experience preferred.
Education: Bachelors Degree
