We are looking for a motivated individual to join our estimating team.
Estimator Job role Responsibilities
- Actively drive 5-star reviews from customers
- Perform marketing activities to develop potential customer pipeline (This can include door knocking, stopping by realtors or insurance offices to deliver folders/marketing items, business networking, etc.)
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Effectively manage pipeline in company CRM tool from lead stage through invoiced
- Assist office administrator in collecting deposits and final payments from your customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Oversee roof installations on site, ensuring all necessary material is available, documenting any unforseen events, creating change orders, completing final walkthroughs with customers, and ensuring clean up is efficient.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- 1-2 years experience in sales preferred but not required
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Must be able to carry a 2 story ladder
- Must be able to climb on and off roofs
