Role Overview
The Salesforce Solution Architect will design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in a highly complex, multi-org environment. This role requires a hands-on architect who can apply strong architectural discipline to simplify over-customized Salesforce implementations , align requirements to the simplest scalable solution , and lead integrations across the enterprise.
This is a full-time onsite, contract-to-hire role ; candidates must be open to converting to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform
- Simplify complex Salesforce environments, including multiple orgs, large data volumes, and complex sharing models
- Define and lead enterprise integration patterns, with strong emphasis on MuleSoft integrations
- Partner with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
- Enforce enterprise standards for security, IAM, and Salesforce development best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architecture roadmaps
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience, with 5+ years focused on Salesforce
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, declarative configuration, security/sharing)
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations (API-led, batch; MuleSoft required)
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise or Fortune 500 environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical designs into business value
