Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Supplier Quality Specialist (level 4)** to join our team in **Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, Texas** . Above all, Employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization which they are encouraged to share externally with each Boeing customer to build balanced work relationships. **Position Responsibilities:** + Leads audits and assessments of complex supplier's systems, processes and products. + Documents and reports audit and assessment results. + Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers. + Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work. + Provides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives. + Develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years' experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) + 3+ years' experience of conducting/leading Quality Management Systems (QMS) Audits + 3+ years' experience of conducting Quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments + Ability to travel up to 75% of the time **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools + 5+ years' experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills + 3+ years' experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams + Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA + Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and AS9145 + ODA Unit Member experience **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
