Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Hourly Pay: $15 - $25/hour

Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to provide support to instructors and assist students in their learning journey. As a Teaching Assistant, you will help facilitate classroom activities, provide one-on-one student support, and assist in grading and administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities

• Assist instructors in preparing and delivering lessons

• Support students with individual learning needs during classroom activities
• Provide tutoring or additional help to students in areas where they need improvement

• Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams as directed by the instructor

• Manage classroom activities and help ensure a positive learning environment
• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources
• Communicate effectively with students to address any concerns or questions
• Participate in meetings or training sessions to improve teaching practices
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or education support is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience and a positive attitude when working with students

• Ability to manage classroom tasks and support multiple students at once
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
