Our women’s health services are designed to address the unique health needs of women at every stage of life — delivered with the time, respect, and personalized support they deserve.

As we prepare to launch this fall, we’re looking for caring Women’s Health Providers to join us in bringing this vision to life. This is a per diem role with the potential to grow into part-time or full-time as our membership grows.

Role Overview:

As a Women’s Health Provider with DiscoverU Health, you’ll deliver comprehensive, personalized care — from routine gynecological exams to reproductive health counseling — helping members navigate every season of their health journey with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine gynecological care, annual exams, and preventive screenings.
• Offer reproductive and sexual health services, including birth control counseling, fertility support, and menopause management.
• Develop personalized care plans that align with each member’s lifestyle and goals.
• Educate members on preventive health, wellness, and self-care.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other care team members when needed.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date patient records.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continually strengthen the member experience.

Requirements:

• Active license in D.C., Maryland, or Virginia as either:
  • Board-certified OBGYN MD/DO
  • Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
• Credentialed with major insurance providers strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of women’s health experience preferred.
• Warm, compassionate bedside manner with a dedication to patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a small, mission-driven team.
